Both Lighting Titan Tube

Introduction & First Impressions

When it comes to lighting fixtures, the  Titan Tube has quickly gained attention. In this review, we will provide an unbiased assessment of its features, pros, and cons, allowing you to make an informed decision.

First Impressions:
Both Lighting USA’s Titan Tube aims to compete with industry pioneers such as Astera and Chauvet. As we tested these tubes during school dances last summer, we were impressed by their versatility and ease of use. The ability to place them anywhere and instantly brighten up the space was a game-changer.

Features

Titan Tube boasts a wide range of technical features that demonstrate its capabilities. With various menu modes and a user-friendly app, this fixture provides endless possibilities. Its pixel-controllable RGBWA LED design enables it to light up people and objects, create indirect lighting effects, or serve as an accent light or design element.

The fixture offers a selection of different dimming curve modes, 68 colorful effects, and a 1-20HZ strobe. These modes, combined with the flicker-free video shooting enabled by Pulse Width Modulation dimming, ensure a seamless lighting experience.

One of the standout features is the Both Titan Tube’s impressive battery life. Drawing only 28W of power, it is equipped with a 9600mAh battery. Depending on the mode selected, the running time can range from 1 to 12 hours, providing peace of mind during extended events.

Note: We can usually rock a 6 hour event with full brightness

Constructed from aluminum alloy with a semi-light oxidized fine black sand finish, the Both Titan Tube is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Its lightweight design, weighing 3.7 lbs and measuring 150.5cm (4.93ft) in length, makes it easy to handle and transport.

Best Practices

Remote:
Both Titan Tubes come with a user-friendly menu and remote control, allowing for seamless adjustments and customization. It is just like any other IR remote for LED lights.

Other Practices:
To ensure optimal performance, we recommend keeping an Allen wrench handy to tighten the tripod feet. This minor inconvenience aside, the Both Titan Tube easily syncs with any Chinese DMX transmitter, making it compatible with various setups.
