On Friday, October 17, 2025, the C West Entertainment team rolled into Goodyear, AZ, for the annual Rhythm & Roots community celebration honoring Hispanic Heritage Month. Therefore, we knew we had to bring top-tier energy, massive sound, and a visual experience that would leave the crowd speechless!

Building a festival space from an empty field is no joke. Consequently, it requires heavy-duty infrastructure. When calculating your production budget, the stage is always your foundation. For this event, we deployed our massive EuroStage 2026 ($3,500).

Furthermore, an epic stage needs epic sound. You cannot just throw a couple of small speakers on a field and expect the music to reach the back of the crowd. As a result, we flew our QSC LA112 Line Array System ($600) and paired it with ground-shaking JBL SRX282SP Dual 18″ Subwoofers ($600).

Having top-of-the-line gear is only half the battle. Indeed, you need absolute pros running the show! To ensure the live bands sounded flawless, we utilized a Behringer WING COMPACT 48-Channel Digital Mixer ($150) alongside a comprehensive Band Mic Kit ($500) and QSC K12.2 Monitor Wedges ($600) for the musicians. Meanwhile, our dedicated Audio Engineer A1 ($750) mixed the sound perfectly all night long.

As the sun went down, the stage completely transformed. Ultimately, festival lighting is what creates that concert vibe. Our Lighting Designer L1 ($500) utilized the ADJ WMX1 Standalone DMX Controller ($50) to run our massive Band-3 Lighting Kit ($3,500), which featured moving heads, blinders, wash lights, and vibrant tubes!

However, none of this works without reliable power. Outdoor festivals rarely have enough juice built-in. Therefore, we provided our own Stage Power setup, including a 45kw generator and power distro ($750). Combine that with our Cable Package ($150), comprehensive Delivery & Set up ($700), and an energetic MC for 3 hours ($600) to keep the timeline flowing, and you have a bulletproof production!
