Before sending artwork to your printer, you need to know whether your stage setup includes audio fly bays (PA wings). Fly bays extend the visual footprint of the stage and change the required header width

Top Banners (Headers)

▪️With 5′ Fly Bay Kit + Banner Kit: 37′ wide x 3′ tall
▪️Standard Setup (Without Fly Bays): 27′ wide x 3′ tall

Pro Tip from Our Crew: If you aren’t sure whether your event package includes fly bays, ask your production vendor before printing. A 27-foot banner on a 37-foot span leaves awkward gaps on either side, while a 37-foot banner on a standard stage won’t fit at all.

Side Banners (Banners Flanking the Stage)

▪️Dimensions: 5′ wide x 14′ tall (or 15′ tall depending on clearance needs).
▪️Requirements: Side banners require both the 5′ Fly Bay Kit and the Banner Kit.

Note on Rigging: The ES-3322 / ES-2620 Fly Bay Kit requires a lower angle brace on the vertical fly bay post to properly fly side banners.

Solid vinyl banners act like giant sails in Arizona gusts. Never print solid vinyl for EuroStage mobile stage headers or side banners. Always use single blow-through mesh.

Golden Rule: Always use a single blow-through mesh banner. Do not double-layer or combine multiple banners over each other, as this destroys airflow.

Bottom Release System: The bottom edge of the top banner must be able to be released quickly in the event of high winds under HWAP guidelines. Attach the bottom two corners using minimum break-strength zips or paracord anchored near ground level for fast manual release.
Side Banners: Connect the top of side banners to the Banner Offset Bar using HD zip ties. The lower section must remain quick-releasable for HWAP compliance.
