Arcosanti Arizona

Where Architecture, Art, and Events Come Together
Imagine a place where futuristic architecture meets the Arizona desert, where music echoes through massive concrete arches, and where every gathering feels a little different.
Welcome to Arcosanti, an experimental town about 70 miles north of Phoenix.
Unlike traditional event venues, Arcosanti is a living community dedicated to creativity, sustainability, and bringing people together. Its one-of-a-kind setting has made it a destination for artists, musicians, and event organizers looking for something beyond the ordinary.
What Makes Arcosanti So Unique?
Founded in 1970 by architect Paolo Soleri, Arcosanti was built around the concept of arcology, combining architecture and ecology to explore a more sustainable way of living.
Its dramatic concrete structures, sweeping arches, open-air spaces, and desert views make it unlike anywhere else in Arizona.
Today, Arcosanti welcomes visitors for architectural tours, workshops, performances, and special events.
For anyone planning a creative gathering, the surroundings are already part of the experience.
A Destination for Music, Art, and Festivals
Arcosanti has become particularly well-known for FORM Arcosanti, an intimate music and arts festival that brings artists and audiences together in an extraordinary desert setting.
The festival returned in October 2026, featuring performances from artists including Lorde, Blood Orange, and Geese.
FORM shows what makes Arcosanti special. It’s not simply about watching a performance. It’s about experiencing music, art, architecture, and community in one place.
And that’s a valuable lesson for event planners: a memorable event is about more than the entertainment. It’s about the entire atmosphere.
Unique Spaces for Unforgettable Event
Beyond festivals, Arcosanti offers distinctive spaces for weddings, corporate retreats, private celebrations, and creative productions.
Some of its most recognizable spaces include:
The Vaults: Dramatic concrete arches that create an impressive setting for receptions and celebrations.
The Amphitheater: An outdoor performance space ideal for concerts, presentations, and large gatherings.
Outdoor Terraces: Scenic areas overlooking the surrounding desert landscape, perfect for intimate gatherings and photography.
Each space offers an opportunity to create an experience that feels connected to its surroundings.
