Our videographers roamed the Phoenix Convention Center floor, utilizing professional gimbals and cinematic camera rigs to capture the pure emotion of the day. From sweeping wide shots of the massive audience to intimate, focused clips of students actively participating, we documented every crucial angle.

Furthermore, great video requires an incredible backdrop. Therefore, our AV team rigged a massive 16′ x 9′ LED Video Wall on the main stage. Built with thirty 1000x500mm P4.81mm Video Wall Tiles and controlled by a NovaStar™ VX400 Video Wall Processor, this screen provided ultra-bright, flicker-free visuals. As a result, every photo taken of the keynote speakers looked incredibly sharp, vibrant, and perfectly lit.

Meanwhile, in the breakout zones, we ensured the visual consistency continued. We set up eight Epson Pro HD 6000 Lumen Projectors with 96″ Tripod Screens. Ultimately, this guaranteed that no matter where our photographers pointed their lenses, the event branding was visible and professional.

Of course, a cinematic recap video is nothing without high-energy audio and perfect soundbites. To set the scene, our Premiere Package DJ kept the crowd hyped from a custom red glowing DJ booth. Indeed, you can practically feel the energy in the photos of the crowd reacting to the music! To capture pristine audio for our video production, our dedicated A2 Audio Engineer was on-site all day. They monitored the wireless mics to ensure every spoken word recorded flawlessly for the final video edit.
